  • First of all, place oreo biscuits in the freezer for about an hour.
  • Put vegetable oil in the pan. The quantity of the oil should be enough so that the biscuits can be dipped completely in the oil. For an average sized pan, 2-3 inches height of oil is sufficient.
  • In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, egg and a small quantity of vegetable oil. Stir properly till the batter becomes smooth.
  • Dip one cookie at a time and completely coat the cookie with the mixture.
  • Drop the coated cookies in the oil and fry them till both sides of cookies become golden brown.
  • Once done, remove the cookies from the oil and put them on paper towel to dry.
  • Use confectioner’s sugar to garnish the cookies.
